This role involves managing projects from pre-design through turnover, reviewing design documents and submittals for compliance, and developing and executing commissioning plans, checklists, and functional performance tests. The Senior Commissioning Agent will conduct site inspections, witness equipment startup and system integration, and collaborate closely with design teams, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and ensure optimal system performance.
