General Summary
The Sales Associate will assist in the receiving, stocking, pricing of all merchandise and help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Provide a positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
Greet customers entering and throughout the store. Thank customers when finished and when they are leaving the store.

Store Operations
Assist in creating a positive, professional and safe work environment.
Assist with receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store.
Assist with maintaining back stock levels.
Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area.
Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and ad merchandise.
Assist with merchandise resets through the store.
Provide assistance to Department Specialists, i.e. price changes, special orders.
Ensure signage is current throughout the store.
Operate forklift with proper training.
Communicate any Store Support Center issue to General Manager for follow up.
Communicate any merchandising, cost control or sales idea to General Manager.
Participate in store meetings.
Be professional in appearance and actions.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity
The Part-Time Associate reports to the Store Manager and performs management-assigned duties, which may include but may not be limited to receiving inventory, stocking and maintaining a store section, operating a cash register, carry-out services and store cleaning.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities:**
- Utilizing heavy equipment, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Order filling, processing, storing/ picking of parts, materials, equipment and supplies.
- Perform material handling and warehousing functions as required.
- Operating automated packaging equipment, shipping and receiving.
**Required Qualifications:**
- 6 months previous distribution center, warehouse, and/or order filling experience.
- Must be available for all shifts.
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes.
- Infrequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 49 pounds.
- Work at heights of up to 35 feet from the floor.
- Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
- Walk squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation.
