We are seeking an experienced Medicaid Unskilled Home Care Biller to manage billing for Iowa Medicaid home care services. This role is responsible for accurate claim submission, compliance with Iowa Medicaid Enterprise (IME) requirements, and timely resolution of denials. Experience with HCBS waiver programs and EVV is strongly preferred.

Prepare, submit, and track Medicaid claims for Iowa unskilled home care services
Bill services under Iowa Medicaid HCBS waiver programs (e.g., Elderly, Ill & Disabled, Health & Disability, Brain Injury)
Verify Medicaid eligibility, prior authorizations, service units, and limits
Review and reconcile caregiver timesheets and EVV data for accuracy and compliance
Ensure billed services align with approved care plans and authorizations
Manage authorizations and update PMS
Research, correct, and resubmit denied or rejected claims
Submit claim corrections and appeals within IME and MCO deadlines
Communicate with Iowa Medicaid Enterprise (IME) and Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (Wellpoint, Molina, Iowa Total Care, etc.)
Maintain accurate billing documentation for audits and compliance reviews
Assist with IME audits, recoupments, and payer requests
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
1-3 years of Medicaid billing experience, preferably in home care or HCBS
Working knowledge of Iowa Medicaid billing rules
Experience with EVV systems and Medicaid billing portals
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
+ A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience
+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical echocardiography lab
+ Must have and maintain certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography.
+ Must have and maintain advanced clinical ultrasound and echocardiography knowledge of technology, advancements and the business landscape.

Summary
Provides customer support to clients, advisors, TPAs and client executives for retirement plan accounts.
Responsibilities
Respond to service inquiries from clients, advisors, TPAs and client executives.
Handle client transactions, including payroll, distribution and enrollment needs.
Document and initiate processing requests; ensure information is updated in appropriate systems.
Provide client reporting, including APR and BI, as requested.
Coordinate complex plan activities, including fund changes, re-pricing and product conversions.
Order materials on behalf of clients/advisors, such as enrollment kits, investment summaries, and other prepared materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
Two years of retirement industry experience.
One year of customer service experience.
Written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
ASPPA designation or related coursework.
Knowledge of company systems.

Compensation:
The salary for this position generally ranges between $43,000-$50,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
Bonus Eligibility:
This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.

The Portfolio Manager handles outbound and incoming communication related to outstanding delinquent lease payments. Additionally responsible for resolution of account administrative delinquencies for GreatAmerica customers. The Portfolio Manager utilizes initiative to investigate and determine why customers are delinquent on lease agreements as well as carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: collections, customer service.
The Portfolio Manager works in a cross-functional team; reports to a designated Team Leader; Portfolio Management Functional Leader, and assists other teams and functions with portfolio management issues.
As a Portfolio Manager, you will:
Contact and collect accounts 10-60 days past due to arrange for timely payments
Process phone calls, internal inquiries, meetings, and other requests simultaneously
Process research and correspondence in relation to customer disputes and collection problem inquiries
Work in a team based solution oriented environment that includes customer support - from in-bound calls and outbound calling on both internal and external customers including billing, taxation, insurance, maintenance, contract terms, purchase options and account history
Determine why customers are delinquent- and overcome obstacles to ensure payment
Expectation to work 36 accounts per day
Lives the GFSC principles and is involved in cross functional team efforts/training as required
To be successful in this role you will need:

High school graduate or equivalent
Experience
Desire collection experience in financial services-leasing or equivalent- but not necessary
