Chris is the Chief Revenue Officer at Diamond Standard. He is a renowned serial Tech entrepreneur, 3x author, and TEDx speaker. Chris is the former founder & CEO of Silverback Social (sold to Performline, Inc), winning the SmartCEO Future 50 Award in 2016. Chris has a BA in Psychology from Loyola University Maryland and an MS in Direct and Interactive Marketing from New York University. He regularly appears on CNBC, CNN, Fox News, Good Day New York, & FOX BUSINESS’s Varney & Co.

Corey Reason is the Chief Compliance Officer & MLRO at Diamond Standard. He is responsible for the overall regulatory risk management, including financial crime risk management: AML, Anti-Terror Financing, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption. Corey has more than 15 years of experience in global financial crime compliance. Prior to joining Diamond Standard, he worked as the Head of Compliance & MLRO for a Bermuda bank for three years. Previously he worked as Vice President and Director for the HSBC Group working in New York City.

Doug Jordan is the Interim COO and Chief of Staff of Diamond Standard. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Douglas has a unique perspective on operationalizing and scaling start-ups, products, and business units to deliver category dominance and robust business performance. He founded Worldview FX Consulting in 2018, to leverage his technical expertise and business development acumen as an institutional trading advisor. Earlier in his career, Doug was a leading trading strategist and senior business development manager overseeing precious metals product portfolio performance for premier global banks including Deutsche Bank, Jefferies Financial, and Credit Agricole.

James is the Chief Financial Officer at Diamond Standard. James is a CA, CPA with over 25 years of experience working with international organizations across the health, data, technology, and telecom sectors in various stages of development from start-up to initial public offering. James is a graduate of the business school at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. His responsibilities include the management of Diamond Standard’s regulated entity in Bermuda where he currently resides.

Rajiv is the Chief Technology Officer for Diamond Standard with over 20 years of experience in managing and providing technical leadership for large software development initiatives. During his career, Rajiv has served in leadership positions at multiple product and technology services companies covering finance, media, healthcare, and insurance. Earlier in his career, Rajiv co-founded and served as the CTO of ConsumerLINK India, India’s 1st multi-segment consumer information bureau. He was also a partner and CTO at ISHI systems, a technology consulting firm servicing Fortune 500 clients in the New York area.
