As a Geek Squad Advanced Repair Technician (Agent), you'll work at our local Best Buy store to provide technology support and repair customers' computers and other devices. You'll provide excellent customer experiences by listening to their needs and partnering with other Geek Squad Agents. You'll perform repairs by troubleshooting and following our procedures.
