About the role The Regional Chains Manager is responsible for managing and growing Kerry's business with assigned regional and emerging foodservice chain accounts across the United States. Qualifications and skills * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is required. * Proven experience working with Emerging and Regional Restaurant Chain Accounts. * Culinary experience and or Beverage development experience is highly desired * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive team player. * Ability to communicate concisely and timely, both internally and externally. * Strong presentation skills. * Ability to effectively promote Kerry within the foodservice community. * Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus. * Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer and Kerry locations. The pay range for this position is $107,757 - $181,563 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and Location. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
