WHAT YOU'LL DO Provide claims-perspective guidance to servicing and production teams throughout the renewal, as applicable Serve as primary point of contact and expert for clients, adjusters, external stakeholders, and agency employees on matters relating to specific claims or the overall claims process Assist clients with reporting new claims, gathering required documentation, and understanding coverage, next steps, and timelines. Review claim status regularly and provide proactive updates to clients and the claims team. Advocate on behalf of clients in all claim disputes, cases, and challenges. Act as a Liase between clients and carriers when disagreements arise. Ensure claims are handled in compliance with carrier guidelines, regulatory requirements, and agency standards. Coordinate between clients, carriers, adjusters, and claims team to facilitate smooth claims handling and reduce delays. All other duties as assigned.
