TITLE: Children's Mental Health Practitioner DIVISION: Children's Community Based Services JOB SUMMARY: Coordinate and provide community services for children and youth with mental health conditions to meet specific program eligibility requirements. Responsible for ensuring the individual receives services as outlined in a comprehensive evaluation. Responsible for educating and training individuals on basic skills and/or referring them to services and supports necessary to achieve service goals.
