Minimum of 2 per month however working with this population of consumer's daily contact may be needed Adhere to treatment plans and provide services and interventions as planned. Write progress notes (24-48 hrs) and bill for services provided. Adhere to DHR guidelines in regard to the quality of documentation. Complete notes within agency policy timeline. Recognize consumer needs and assist them in obtaining appropriate services. Provide consumer information for outside resources and encourage them to access them as independently as possible. Communicates accurate information to others in a professional and courteous manner; conveys a willingness to assist.
