Targeted Case Management
Mindsight Behavioral Group 3.7
Clinical case manager job in Richmond, KY
Mindsight Behavioral Health Group is looking for Professional Targeted CaseManagers with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field who are searching for a workplace that supports them as human beings, encourages them in their career, and expects them to act with integrity.
Currently, we are seeking candidates to fill hybrid positions in the
Richmond,
Kentucky, and surrounding areas. Even though the position will be using mostly telehealth with occasional travel necessary, some community event involvement will also be required, so residing in or near those areas will be necessary.
We're Not Like Other Practices; We're A Cool Practice
Mindsight Behavioral Health Group is a group practice committed to providing wraparound services to our community. We have locations throughout the state of Kentucky and we are growing all the time. Our vision is to provide excellent mental health services to everyone who needs it, especially those who may not otherwise be able to afford services. For this reason, we work hard to maintain relationships with Medicaid providers and about 80% of our clients are Medicaid recipients.
Casemanagement is a huge part of our services. Safety and Stability are key factors in improving someone's mental health. We call our casemanagers “Service Coordinators” because they connect our clients with the services and resources they need to establish their Safety and Stability. This is critical to the success of our clients. Despite the primary population that we serve, we are NOT an agency. In fact, we function on systems that make a workload sustainable and enjoyable for years to come. We're in this for the long haul and we want casemanagers who are, too.
What Does Sustainability Look Like In Group Practice?
It looks like a team that cares.
At Mindsight, we know you are more than a service provider and the number of billable clients on a screen. We care about you as an individual and we want to make sure you are being cared for as you care for our clients.
To this end, we allow incredible flexibility with your schedules as long as you continue to see your assigned clients regularly (4x monthly). !
It's Bigger Than Individuals
We also believe in buying into a mission, vision, and values bigger than one person. We are a team, and our goal is to provide excellent clinical services across the state of Kentucky. We do this through…
Inclusion - We embrace diversity and strive to create a welcoming environment for ALL. At Mindsight, we respect different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences to ensure everyone feels values and heard.
Compassion - We care deeply about our clients, our team and our communities.
Transparency - You will always know where you stand and what's happening within the practice.
Loyalty - We are committed to one another and to our mission. To us, this means supporting our team through challenges and celebrating success together.
Camaraderie - Teamwork is key here. We support each other, and we're all in this together. (cue the High School Musical songs!)
Growth - Always learning = always improving. We strive to raise the bar continuously.
Effort - We put in the work to ensure ethical, impactful services are provided.
FUN - last but not least. Mental health work can be challenging, we know, so we balance hard days with good ones - yearly staff retreats (all inclusive!), block parties, murder mystery dinners, and two prize and fun-filled in-person staff meetings a year!
But What About the Money?
We offer our team members a fair rate and a ton of support. We can honestly promise that we are constantly evaluating our rates and looking for ways to pay our staff more! We are transparent about pay from the start! You find this out if you are invited to interview with our hiring team!
● Our admin team is generous and fun and here for the sole purpose of making sure you have everything you need to provide incredible services.
● We have an onboarding and training program that supports you through your first 90 days of employment to make the transition easy.
● Throughout your time with us, we will set you up to be a source of empathy and authority in your community through social media and marketing content that you won't find anywhere else.
● We can fill any casemanager's caseload if they know how to retain a client.
● We do things for our team that we don't have to do, but we want to, because we care.
Is This the Position For You?
We know this is a lot. Like, a lot a lot. But we believe it is crucial that you know enough about us before you make the decision to apply. We are looking for professional individuals who truly want to feel like part of the team, like they're a part of something bigger than themselves. If that is you, then what are you waiting for? ! We can't wait to meet you!
