Description & Details:
* Completes set-up, maintenance, teardown, and clean-up of the dish room.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-8:30pm, Fridays 12:30-9:00pm. Weekend rotation. Summer, winter and spring break hours vary.

$18.00+/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Work underwater, above water and along the lake shoreline with a team of 2 to 6 other divers

Haul removed vegetation from the lake shore and dock to the truck and trailer
Working Conditions:
Love of working outdoors and on lakes is essential. You must also be willing to work in poor weather such as rain, high humidity and heat.
Each day will begin at our shop in Detroit Lakes, MN. You will travel together as a crew in a company truck to each routed job. The day will conclude with cleaning up from the jobs back at the shop.
Approximately 60% of your time will be working on the job site, and 40% will be spent on off job tasks such as driving, weed disposal, gear cleaning, and equipment care.
Day length can vary based on jobs, but will typically be 8-10hrs and start at 8am
This is a great job for high school and college students, teachers, and anyone interested in working hard, outside, on the area lakes.

Incident reports/ Behavioral reports
Delivery receipts

Position Summary
The Roof Crew Member supports the construction of roof assemblies within a controlled manufacturing environment. This role assists with framing, assembling, and installing roof components according to specifications, while maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Frame roofs on assembly tables from sheetrock through roof sheathing
Build dormers and assemble prebuilt roof components
Construct and attach completed roof systems to wall assemblies
Inspect materials and completed assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements
Install insulation systems and vapor barriers as required
Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as fall protection
Participate in cross-training opportunities across departments to support workforce flexibility and skill development
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Perform additional duties as assigned based on production needs

After completing Recruit Training, CSs attend a seven-week A school in Fort Lee, VA, where they learn food preparation, nutrition, and dining service. CSs can earn college credits through the American Council on Education for courses taken in this rating. Additionally, the United States Naval Community College (USNCC) offers degree

CSs may also take advantage of voluntary education programs such as the Navy College Program, Tuition Assistance, and the Post-9/11 GI Bill to further their education while serving.
