Essential Job Functions: In addition to the essential functions of the job listed below, employees must have on-time completion of all required education as assigned per DNV requirements, Bozeman Health policy, and other registry requirements. Database Administration Oversee and manage the Raiser's Edge database, ensuring data hygiene, accuracy, and security. Process all donation-related data efficiently and accurately, including receipts and acknowledgements. Develop and maintain system standards, operating procedures, and training for Foundation staff. Reporting and Analysis Create queries and generate on-demand reports, including those related to annual revenue and donor activity. Provide regular analysis of donor trends to inform fundraising strategies. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation requirements for events, campaigns, and recognition initiatives. Support for Fundraising Activities Develop and maintain lists for mailings, invitations, and event planning. Conduct wealth screening and prospect research to identify and evaluate potential donors.
