Job Description
Johnson County's Facilities Department is hring a Senior Grounds Specialist! This role will lead crews and help maintain and improve the outdoor spaces at multiple County buildings. This position will remain open until filled.
Responsibilities include:
Serves as a leadperson; directs and assists crews in completing assignments; trains new crew members; ensures safety standards are met; completes paperwork, timesheets and equipment logs; assists in the coordination and direction of contractors; serves as supervisor in the supervisor's absence.
Operates vehicles or powered equipment; completes commercial mowing and snow removal; applies chemicals and spreads fertilizers, herbicides and soil amendments; mulches tree beds, plants trees and flowers; aerates and seeds landscaping; trims and prunes shrubs and trees; repairs soil erosion; oversees turf and chemical applications; completes complex tasks, repairs, and manages irrigation and backflow program for county.
Performs general, routine, and complex maintenance of light and medium duty equipment; rebuilds and repairs equipment and trailers; changes over from mowing equipment to snow equipment; performs basic maintenance duties such as painting, light plumbing, cleaning of shop and equipment areas; builds, fixes, and maintains fencing; completes basic preventative maintenance on building/plant equipment.
Performs various tasks requiring equipment, vehicle, and tool operation; uses a variety of small and large tools and operates a variety of light and medium duty equipment and attachments including: tractors, trucks, dump trucks, skid steer loader, water trucks, compact rollers, excavator, power broom, boom truck, and snow removal equipment.
Completes paperwork, timesheets, work orders, and equipment logs using computerized system; follows purchasing card guidelines to ensure accuracy in the approval process.

High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of related experience are required. One (1) additional year of related experience may substitute for education. Must pass a thorough criminal history screening and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Previous lead/supervisory experience, chemical application license, and/or backflow testing certification are preferred.

Responsibilities include:
Serves as a leadperson; directs and assists crews in completing assignments; trains new crew members; ensures safety standards are met; completes paperwork, timesheets and equipment logs; assists in the coordination and direction of contractors; serves as supervisor in the supervisor's absence.
Operates vehicles or powered equipment; completes commercial mowing and snow removal; applies chemicals and spreads fertilizers, herbicides and soil amendments; mulches tree beds, plants trees and flowers; aerates and seeds landscaping; trims and prunes shrubs and trees; repairs soil erosion; oversees turf and chemical applications; completes complex tasks, repairs, and manages irrigation and backflow program for county.

We are seeking a Data Integrity Specialist to join our team.
Hourly Range: $16.00 - $17.25
This role is responsible for uploading documents and entering data into the electronic management systems associated with Cornerstones of Care and the Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF). This role requires strict standards of confidentiality, excellent communication, and customer service skills to manage a wide range of sensitive records and documents from diverse sources and stakeholders. As a member of the KS Foster Care team, you will work with other team members and report to our Administrative Manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Completes data entry and uploading of designated items into Department of Children & Families and Cornerstones of Care electronic client management systems (i.e., Care Match & Avatar)
Organizes and maintains youth files including client records, in accordance with Department of Children & Families, and Accrediting body, and other governing directives.
Maintain court calendar, identifying schedule discrepancies, and any other court related documents
Audits client records using external and internal expectations laid out by Cornerstones of Care and the Department of Children and Families.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of administrative, clerical, and/or quality assurance experience and the following:
Bachelor's degree in social work or other human services related field, preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
A valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

About the Position
The Order Dispatch Specialist will act as a superuser by prioritizing and executing the wave plan while creating and maintaining reports of daily data communication transactions. The Order Dispatch Specialist will be the primary contact for troubleshooting and conducting diagnostic testing to resolve problems. The Order Dispatch Specialist will also aid in coordinating orders with customer service, operations and transportation, tracking the progress of waves, releasing work to the floor, and maintaining an open line of communication with the operations management team as well as assist in making and clearly communicating, key business decisions.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 4am to 4:30pm
Functions
Develops, analyzes, modifies and executes the Wave Plan to ensure predetermine ship schedules are met for all customers while maintaining a level workload of activity across all shifts
Prioritizes daily schedule and create reports as needed to monitor, track and measure performance at all levels
Provides technical assistance as a superuser while conducting diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems
Escalates urgent problems requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources or locate and leverage the appropriate external resources to solve problems as needed
Documents procedures and solutions for help desk issues
Works closely with Transportation and Customer Service teams to evaluate truck loads, fill expedite request, and/or change routing
Works closely with Inventory teams to ensure inventory integrity when replacement product is needed to fill an order
Monitors and respond to email and phone calls in a timely manner
Ensures communication between Replenish associate for stock replenishment are completed to release orders to the floor in a timely manner

Qualifications
High School or GED required
Minimum of 1 years' experience in warehousing or distribution required
Must have extensive working knowledge of EWM, SAP and WMS systems
MS Office skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint as well as data entry and typing ability
Experience as a super user in distribution or warehousing strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to speak effectively before groups
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals and to write routine reports and correspondence
Must be team oriented
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to adapt to changing situations in high stress environment
Ability to understand abstract relationships, develop ideas, and solve problems creatively
Flexibility to work different shifts if necessary and overtime with little or no notice
