* Participates in daily and weekly huddles to provide details on patients.
* Regulates and monitors aspects of transportation, including: Driver's lists/patients, medication deliveries, grocery deliveries, driver's behavioral challenges, scheduling and coordinating Uber/Lyft rides for patients.

We are looking for a Sales Associate (Nights & Weekends) to join our team at Massage Envy!
Our Sales Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment a guest walks through our doors. As the first point of contact, the Sales Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing appointment bookings, and providing information about our services and products. This position requires a strong focus on sales, customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
Understand, believe in, and uphold Massage Envy's Mission, Vision and Values
Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
Manage the Sales operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling transactions.
Understand and communicate information about services and professional specialties to effectively and accurately make "customized" recommendations to best match clients with the appropriate professional service provider for their needs
Stand to personably greet all clients, by name when possible, and make them feel welcome
Provide accurate information regarding services, products, and promotions to guests.
Maintain a clean and organized Sales area.
Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Assist in promoting membership options, retail products, and additional services.
Support the overall team in reaching sales and operational goals.
Meets or exceeds individual and location goals. Actively maintains a time management plan to ensure continuous productivity. Identifies and suggests ways to improve location performance
Completing regular cleaning checklists throughout the day and at close of business
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in hospitality or business is a plus!
Previous experience in customer service or Sales roles is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a busy Sales efficiently.
Proficient in computer operations and basic software applications.
A positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
