As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you'll be the brand leader for some of our most iconic cereal brands. Prepare, revise and/or review projection/ sales reports and Specialty Leasing budget. Insure Specialty Leasing and Advertising income projections per the monthly budget process are met and reconciled. Assist the team to achieve the minimum rent projections for the assigned center(s).
Develop long-range plans for the assigned center(s) accomplishment of income generating objectives.
Document Specialty Leasing program activities appropriately and include noteworthy information in mall management staff meetings bi-weekly/weekly.
Prioritize projects to meet required deadlines. Carefully manages several projects at once, focusing on the desired end-result of one's work.
Interact and collaborate as is appropriate with Leasing, General Manager, Marketing and others to ensure effective outcomes. Function as part of the leasing and management team for the assigned center(s).

Required Qualifications

Position Summary:This position is responsible for the long-term planning and day-to-day operations of the studios, labs, equipment loans and classrooms used in the Digital Media Arts Program.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Profile, interview and hire student technicians based on facility needs.• Supervise editing labs I studios and assist with classroom instruction.• Supervise student technicians in their duties assisting equipment check in/check out andsoftware assistance for student assignments. • Assist students in choosing correct equipment to meet specific project assignment needs.• Maintain and coordinate of equipment purchasing, maintenance and inventory.• Work with tools and equipment including computers, cameras, lighting equipment, and other related program tools.• Read and interpret AV system blueprints, diagrams, sketches and job specifications to apply manufacturer's instructions for operations, maintenance and repair procedures.• Perform preventative maintenance on audio and video equipment.• Perform minor repairs and routine cleaning of audio and video equipment.• Specify preferred vendors for equipment/parts purchase and repair of equipment.• Supervise set-up, operation and tear down of equipment.• Diagnose and resolve media system problems in lab/studio facilities.• Research, specify and recommend to department faculty on equipment needs for capital budget expenditures.• Consult with department faculty on future course types and needs in order to ensure up to date competitive employment opportunities for students graduating from the Digital Media Arts program.• Coordinate and manage rooms and areas associated with program.• Regular attendance on campus is required for this position.• Other duties as assigned.Hours/Schedule: This position will not exceed to 25 hrs per week with variable hours- nights, evenings, and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications:

This position identifies emerging trends, understands platform data, and translates that insight into bold, big-picture strategies that elevate our brand and reach new audiences.
In addition to leading our social media strategy, this position plays an active role in content creation -capturing compelling photography and video for use not only across our social channels but also in broader advertising initiatives. The position develops longer-form video projects for platforms such as YouTube, the Metroparks website, and commercial placements, ensuring stories are told with creativity, accuracy, and impact. Through innovative content creation, thoughtful analytics, and precise execution, the role enhances brand visibility, strengthens audience connections, engages new communities, and supports key business objectives.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Works under the general direction of the Chief of Marketing and Communications. Position works independently and exercises some judgment and discretion in completion of duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Promote Metroparks brand and image
Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms. This includes writing, editing and proofing social media posts, reels, videos and stories, growing community engagement, and supporting social media campaigns.
Manage various social network profiles
Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster community engagement while representing the Metroparks brand
Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices
Leverage social media trends to drive results and amplify following
Manage social media tools and platforms used for scheduling, listening and analytics
Manage and optimize year-round paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, primarily by coordinating with external ad placement agencies/vendors, while occasionally executing smaller campaigns internally

Working closely with Business Development and Estimating, the Corporate Marketing Manager supports strategic growth by producing high-impact proposals, sales materials, and branded marketing assets. The role also oversees the creation and maintenance of internal communications and presentations, including templates, documents, and visual content that reinforce brand standards and help teams communicate effectively across the organization.
Key responsibilities include managing brand awareness and development, understanding customer needs, maintenance of project and people marketing asset library, analyzing performance, and collaborating with project teams. Proposal Development & Support
