At least 15 years of industry-related experience or experience with SMC. Minimum of 5 years of management experience. Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment. A "get things done" and "do more with less" attitude, with a relentless focus on efficiency and results. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities. Familiarity with SMC products, procedures, and sales strategies is preferred. Proficient in CRM systems and core computer applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems as needed. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
