About the Role
As a Belmont Village Caregiver, you will provide hands-on personal assistance to a group of seniors living within our large Assisted Living and Memory Care community. The Caregiver role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail oriented, patient, caring and enjoys a high level of personal engagement with older adults.
Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being
Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs
Ensure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance
Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays

Sponsorship, Stewardship & Volunteer Leadership
Volunteer & Committee Management: Solicit, secure, organize, and manage volunteers and volunteer planning committees for various initiatives.
Guest Management: Secure guest speakers and entertainment, review speeches, write scripts, and coordinate rehearsals as needed.
Post-Event Follow-up: Manage the follow-up process with attendees, vendors, sponsors, and staff members.
Financial Tracking: Track revenues and expenses to ensure events operate within prescribed budgetary parameters.
Sponsorship Acquisition: Create event sponsorship packages and lead the solicitation and securing of corporate and individual sponsorships.
Communication & Data Management
Collaboration: Lead all event planning meetings and discussions, collaborating with School Leaders on event concept, graphic design, and marketing.
Communication: Coordinate the invitation, registration, and attendee check-in processes; communicate effectively with all event stakeholders, demonstrating superb oral and written communication skills.
Data Archiving: Maintain an archive of planning materials from each event and leverage computer skills (Google Drive, MS Word, Excel, Canva) for eventmanagement. Willingness to gain proficiency in donor database software is required.

HOW YOU'LL SERVE OUR ORGANIZATION
Events & Volunteer Engagement
In partnership with local volunteers, plan, assess and evaluate events that meet the programmatic and quality goals of ABTA, ensuring flawless experiences for event participants, sponsors, vendor partners, community members and volunteers.
Coordinate with Volunteer Manager to recruit, train and support community volunteers.
Partner with the Director of Corporate Relations and local volunteers to identify, target, and steward corporate partnerships for sponsorship and/or corporate events.
Provide guidance and ABTA resources to volunteer planning committees in assigned BT5K markets.
Maintain strong internal and external communications with all event participants, volunteers, corporate partners and other constituents.

Update and maintain event websites and ensure e-mails are properly formatted and distributed to the appropriate audiences.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Events & Parties Operations Manager to lead our team. This role is crucial in planning, organizing, and executing events while enhancing overall operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a passion for exceptional customer service.
Accountabilities:
Event Coordination: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including space setup, catering, and entertainment, ensuring flawless execution and high customer satisfaction. This person will be responsible for any incoming birthday party requests via phone calls or website bookings. This person will oversee the execution and guest experience of birthdays, company events, and any other functions being held at the park.
Administrative Duties: Planning party area execution, scheduling hosts, contacting the party contact to discuss details of the event, and answering questions about the event and the package details. Handle administrative tasks such as inventory control and managing reports related to upcoming events.
Team Leadership: Supervise a diverse team of employees, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high customer service standards. Helping oversee the host staff with cleaning party areas, delivering food, setting up banquet spaces, and any day of duties needed for event execution
Customer Support: Serve as the main point of contact for special projects and emergency situations, addressing guest inquiries and issues related to events. Handling any guest issues with their event.
Client Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to enhance service offerings and drive repeat business.
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to promote party packages and group offerings, assisting in the development of promotional materials.

Manage, coordinate, and execute group assignments turned over by the Sales Department. Monitor all contractual agreements pertaining to guest room blocks, meeting space, food and beverage and special concessions. Effectively communicate to all hotel departments the information necessary to successfully execute the group's needs while maintaining a good client relationship.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Maintain strong client relations and ensure that convention specifications are communicated and executed for a successful meeting experience for the meeting planner and attendees.
Monitor and manage room blocks according to contract utilizing group history reports and information given by clients to maximize hotel revenue, making adjustments as necessary.
Review sales contracts as well as other important information, i.e., room block, cut off date, special concessions and attrition clauses. Client must be notified at cut-off date or prior to any estimated attrition charges that will apply.
Update Hotel System with Client information, i.e. Name, Address & Contact Information, Sales Manager's information, Room Count (if necessary), Remarks & Comments, Payment Information and all other required information needed.
Responsible for obtaining all direct bill applications and getting it to the accounting department for credit approvals of groups arriving at the property 90 days prior to arrival if applicable. Create AR Account # after Direct Bill has been approved.
Accurately forecast group rooms and group food and beverage revenues for assigned groups and affiliate business within a 5% variance.
Responsible for obtaining all rooming lists, monitor rooming list cut off dates, get all menu details, meeting room setups, refreshment break needs, postings, and any other additional needs of the client to ensure a successful event at the property
Produce and distribute resumes two weeks prior to first day of main group arrival and communicate any changes and updated information to hotel departments.
Participate in site visits and plan meetings for upcoming groups.
Act as a liaison between the sales and operations department of the hotel to ensure a successful event for the clients and all of the client's needs are met and communicated accurately and efficiently to all departments of the hotel.
Participate in Pre/Post Convention meetings and review final invoice with client upon request. .
Greet all clients as they arrive at the hotel to ensure that they have all required items per the BEOs. For larger events, weekend & evening hours maybe required.
Monitor and enforce program deadline dates and work with clients to release meeting space not needed to maximize hotel revenues.
Produce and distribute convention resume two weeks prior to first day of main group arrival and communicate any changes and updated information to hotel departments.
Distribute BEOs for group and affiliates 10 14 days prior to events.
Generate thank you notes and service evaluations for group clients in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
Additional Responsibilities may be assigned by the Director of Sales or General Manager.
SUPPORTING FUNCTIONS
