Alfred Pollard is a Chief Legal Counsel at Federal Housing Finance Agency.

Danielle Walton is the Acting Chief of Staff. Prior to being named Acting Chief of Staff, Walton served as the Director of Stakeholder Relations in FHFA's Office of Congressional Affairs and Communications. She was responsible for establishi​​ng and maintaining consistent and productive relationships with the housing finance industry, consumer and public interest groups, and internal staff. This work included serving as the liaison between stakeholders and the Agency Director, as well as supervising the development strategies to help deliver the Agency's organizational objectives, stimulate participation in Agency activities and identify concerns. Before joining FHFA, Walton worked for secondary mortgage market participants including Ginnie Mae and Freddie Mac. She holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Maryland, College Park.​

Kate Fulton is a Chief Operating Officer at Federal Housing Finance Agency and is based in Washington, D.C.. She has worked as Attorney Advisor at U.S. Customs And Border Protection (CBP), Summer Legal Intern at Department of Justice, and Associate Attorney at Shaw Bransford & Roth. Kate works or has worked as Senior Counsel at Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. She studied at Boston University School of Law between 2002 and 2005 and University of Maryland between 1996 and 2000.

Jones has extensive experience managing FHFA’s operations, including building operations, physical and personnel security programs, emergency and disaster readiness, space utilization management, mail operations, logistics and transportation management, contract management, and catering and conference planning. Before being named Acting Chief Operating Officer, she served as Associate Director for Agency Operations since 2012. She has also served as a contracting officer with a level three certification where she awarded and administered contracts for real estate broker services, real estate legal services and the lease of more than 340,000 square feet of class A (LEED Gold) office space. She has over 35 years of Federal service that includes the Millennium Challenge Corporation and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Jones is Chair of Building Development for the Delta Housing Corporation of the District of Columbia, a 501c(3) organization that provides safe, decent and affordable housing for seniors and persons with disabilities. Jones holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Southeastern University and is a Facilities Management Professional. She is a native Washingtonian residing in Penn Quarters with her husband for over 26 years Charles and their adorable pug Blake Jones.

Matt Greene is an Assistant Chief Data Officer at Federal Housing Finance Agency and is based in Washington Dc-Baltimore Area. He has worked as Sr Business Consultant at BearingPoint, Ombudsman Team Lead at Federal Student Aid an Office of the U.S. Department of Education, and Survey Manager at RTI International. Matt attended William & Mary Raymond A. Mason School of Business between 2006 and 2008 and Virginia Tech between 1997 and 2000.

Melissa Schwitters works at Federal Housing Finance Agency and an Associate Chief Accountant at Federal Housing Finance Agency and is based in Norfolk, Virginia.

Michael Smith PMP is a Chief Information Officer for the Inspector General at Federal Housing Finance Agency and is based in Springfield, Virginia.
