Assisting with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, napkins, and ensuring that Bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
Ensure the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
Check taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly.
Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles.
Provide an exceptional guest experience and connect with visitors through education, conversation, and bar menu selections.
Pour samples and discuss products in retail locations.
Taste and evaluate cocktails before serving.
Set up and work any auxiliary bars.
Strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors and driving while under the influence.
