The Independent Operator Role
The Independent Operator (IO) is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where individuals take ownership of their Grocery Outlet store. Como AGM, asumirás una responsabilidad más amplia para garantizar el éxito constante en ventas y ofrecer experiencias inolvidables a los clientes cada día.
CÓMO IMPULSARÁS EL ÉXITO:
Trabajar directamente con el Gerente General (GM), asegurando un crecimiento constante de ingresos mediante el aumento de clientes y el rendimiento de medidas clave como mezcla de ventas, MultiCare y Core Plus. También entrenará y ejecutará un excelente servicio al cliente creando una experiencia excepcional.

Asegurar que se sigan consistentemente las medidas y procesos de control de calidad.

Asistir al GM con presupuestos, pronósticos de ventas, desempeño financiero, control de gastos, etc.

Garantizar que el centro de servicio esté limpio, seguro y presentable según la Guía de Excelencia (GTE).

REQUISITOS:

Strong customer service skills, as well as the ability to adapt and engage with a diverse crew members and wide range of customers.
A proven track record of effective management. This should be demonstrated by previous COGS and labor.
Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and have the ability to oversee and balance all aspects of a fast paced and dynamic restaurant.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds will be necessary.
A strong sense of ownership is critical. The right leader is available to their store in the manner a parent would be; far beyond their designated shift, a manager is available 24/7 to their store and crew or otherwise ensures that there is someone to adequately care for their team in their absence.
