What you should have
5+ years work experience in a customer facing team environment

+ Train, motivate and direct employees to follow safe, quality work methods and standards.
+ Enforce the plant's safety program and maintain compliance to all OSHA safety regulations and standards.
+ Assume full ownership of predictive and preventive maintenance activities including oil analysis, vibration analysis, engine-compressor analysis, and infrared thermography.
+ Evaluate PM/PDM activities and frequencies to ensure optimum use of workforce and resources in maximizing equipment reliability.
+ Maintain equipment for efficient operation within maintenance budget; operate within the constraint of the union contract and USDA regulations.
+ Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

**Compensation:**

This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the refrigeration systems while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Requirements:3 Months Industrial Maintenance Experience, Ammonia Refrigeration Maintenance or Trade School required. Will also consider Completions of Industrial Maintenance or Ammonia refrigeration Maintenance Certification through a Technical School in Lieu of Experience.
Must be willing to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system.
Must be willing to use math as needed to make work related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc.
Must be willing to lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally and be able to work on your feet, moving throughout the facility for a period of 12 hours.
Must be willing to work in temperatures ranging from about -10F through about 110F occasionally.
Must be willing to complete all required training for the job.

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building and grounds. Perform preventative maintenance on batteries, battery chargers, battery racks, and carts as needed. This job requires becoming HAZMAT certified and maintaining this qualification. This entails completing and passing a HAZMAT physical, pulmonary function test (lung capacity) and OSHA Respirator Medical Evaluation Questionnaire.
Requirements
