26, 1919, following passage of Ohio’s Hughes Law and the Griswold Act.
In Hamilton County, Doctor Charles Aleshire Neal was appointed the county’s first health commissioner in 1920.
In 1929, Doctor Neal left Hamilton County to become the State Director of Health.
He has been with Hamilton County Public Health since 2006, progressing from environmental health sanitarian to division director, to assistant health commissioner for Environmental Health Services.
Regulation 2-2007 -Adopting and/or revising sewage treatment system fees.
Resolution C – Supplemental Appropriations to the 2009 Grant Budgets for HCPH. Resolution D – Hamilton County General Health District BOH approves delinquent sewage fees.
