Rotate all perishables according to FIFO method Monitor and record all temperature logs daily Maintain a clean and organized kitchen: Wash soiled dishes, pots, pans, linens, and equipment Keep all prep stations clean and organized Keep walk-in cooler and freezer clean and organized Ensure that plates, bowls, cups, and silverware are stocked daily Maintain cleanliness in the dining and serving areas Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists and other responsibilities as directed Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment. Represent Battered Women's Shelter by participating in community activities, coalitions and taskforce groups as requested or assigned by supervisor.
