• Know all available spirited beverages, NA Beverages, beers and wines by the glass or bottle. Also, be familiar and comfortable discussing regions, styles, and varietals of wines offered.
• Knowledgeable about all menus and hours of operations
• Maintain and ensure each table is clean presentable for every guest.
• Take food and beverage orders; ensure placement of order and accurate and timely delivery
• Work special group functions as required.
• Follow the steps of service as outlined for your position
• Complete opening/closing duties
• Perform additional duties as requested by management

Qualifications
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED accepted
EXPERIENCE: Experience working in a full-service restaurant (serving liquor, beer and wine) with upper end dining environments preferred.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS:
Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second-hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to work in fast paced environment and problem-solving ability. Must be able to work independently
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds repeatedly throughout shift. Must possess manual ability to manipulate register systems and handle/serve food. Must be able to stand on feet up to 8 hours a day, must be able to walk and move nonstop, be able to twist, bend, squat, bend.
