The current vacancy will focus primarily on coordinating and administering city-wide training. HEALTH INSURANCE: The City contributes toward monthly premiums for PPO medical, dental, and vision for the employee and their dependents.

DEFERRED COMPENSATION: Voluntary 457 plan with Fidelity Investments to increase your retirement savings.

MANAGEMENT LEAVE: 60 hours per fiscal year, 48 of which can be cashed out annually.

LIFE INSURANCE: Benefit equal to annual salary; premium paid by the City.

The Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following education and experience:
Possession of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business Administration, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, or closely related field; AND
Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional personnel experience or two years of experience as a HumanResources Analyst or Risk Analyst with the City of Fresno.
