In 1998, Emile graduated from the American University in Beirut with a Degree in Business Administration. Cultivating his business knowledge, he joined the management training program at BLOM, the biggest retail bank in Lebanon. After thorough field experience at several departments within the bank, he decided to maneuver his business expertise to the field of Advertising and joined Impact BBDO Group in Beirut. In 2002, Emile relocated to Dubai to handle Pepsi's biggest key regional projects within the MENA region. After 4 years of relentless determination, he was appointed Account Director handling the entire PepsiCo Regional Beverage portfolio. He relocated to Cairo in 2009 where he served as Client Service Director and had the privilege to work on a wide spectrum of businesses ranging from FMCG, Automotive, Financial Institutions, Electronics and Medical. In 2011, he was appointed Managing Director of the Cairo office. In 2016, Emile relocated to Beirut as Managing Director and became COO of the Cairo office.

Shankar joined BBDO Group in 2003 as the Regional CFO for the MENA region from TBWA, where he was CFO and founding member of TBWA/Raad Middle East. During his earlier career, he was part of a large advertising multinational network where he held various senior management positions. Shankar's core competence builds on a strong collaboration with the CEO for the development of the regional business. His expertise spans commercial valuation, negotiation of potential partnerships and client contracts, setting-up of systems, reporting and finance functions for various business segments in the industry across Middle East and North Africa, corporate governance management, internal control and Sox compliance. Shankar holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bradford. He is a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Colorado.
