Our InstallationTechnicians earn between $17.26 and $31.00 an hour. Our average starting salary is $64,480 per year. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.

Job Description
PIRTEK is hiring for a Hose Assembly & InstallationTechnician to service, assemble, and install hydraulic and industrial hoses for a diverse customer base in varying environmental conditions. This is a messy job that requires manual labor and on-call hours (on-call with incentive pay), so dedication and grit is essential.
We are looking for highly driven and self-sufficient individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills. Our most successful Technicians are natural problem solvers, mechanically inclined, enjoy working with their hands, and show passion and perseverance through their work.
Hydraulic and industrial hose experience is NOT required! Each Hose Assembly & InstallationTechnician is provided complete training on industry knowledge, PIRTEK processes, safety standards, and how to operate your purpose-built mobile service unit. PIRTEK also provides support through a 24/7 hotline for Technicians to ask technical questions.
Responsibilities
· Adhere to all industry and PIRTEK safety standards
· Carry out service calls & customer acquisition visits in your local area
· Identify faulty hoses and/ or hose assemblies to service the customers' needs
· Remove worn or broken hoses before fabricating and installing the new replacement
· Ensure oil spills/ environmental contaminants, due to hose failure and/ or repair, are cleaned or contained to the customer's satisfaction (as well as federal, state, and local regulations)
· Input service details into the online database to create accurate invoices
· Develop relationships with new and existing customers
· Maintain mobile service unit, tools, and equipment
· Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on-site and conducting frequent follow-up visits
· Participate in the rotating On-Call schedule (with increased incentive pay)
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Work Environment
You will be operating out of a PIRTEK Service & Supply Center in a purpose-built mobile service unit - a workshop-van that is outfitted with all the tools and machinery needed to successfully service your local area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develops technical reports to include articles, tables, graphics, modules, and tasks.

What You'll Do:
Diagnose, replace, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, cleaning condenser and coils using approved methods and chemicals
Perform routine preventive maintenance on residential systems with minimal assistance and supervision while sustaining a positive attitude with the customers you service.
Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with customers to avoid future problems.
Use of software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).
Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
What You'll Bring:
At least 2+ years of HVAC residential and/or light commercial field experience required. Completion of HVAC schooling, preferred.
Obtain the appropriate certifications (EPA Type I, II, III or Universal). Other HVAC certifications are a PLUS!
Have a valid driver's license and meet auto insurance requirements (minimum age to drive 22 years old).
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
