Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
โ 2+ years of HVAC or commercial refrigeration service experience
โ Knowledge of mechanical and energy codes, plus repair best practices
โ Clear, respectful communication skills
โ Ability to build trust with clients and team members
โ Efficiency in diagnostics and repair of HVAC & refrigeration systems
โ Passion for learning and energy-efficient solutions
โ Valid driver's license
โ Ability to work independently
