Country Visions is a farmer owned cooperative. The agronomy division provides products, services, and knowledge for farmers to successfully grow crops in their fields. The Agronomy Applicator Intern will be trained and mentored to use self-propelled equipment to make fertilizer and/or chemical applications to crops in farm fields during the growing season. In learning to be a Professional Applicator, you will receive crucial experience that could turn into a successful long-term career after the completion of the internship. Applicator interns will learn to operate the machine, field computer, and electronic dispatching to ensure customer satisfaction of timely and accurate fertilizer & chemical applications. The Applicator Intern will also receive a hands-on experience in operations, maintenance on application equipment (CASE, RBR, RoGator), semi-trucks, and straight trucks.
