About The Opportunity Join our Organizational Effectiveness team as an intern focused on data-driven projects that enhance employee experience. You will work on meaningful projects such as SharePoint page development, reporting standardization, and mapping working principles to skills. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain and launch programs across multiple SharePoint pages with clear governance and user guidance. Create and standardize reporting templates for engagement and participation metrics. Assist in defining and producing standard reports in Peakon (Workday). Document processes and create handoff materials for sustainment. Create dashboards and metrics to track success in various programs across the enterprise. Manage administration of the organizations Continuous Improvement Training Sessions Preferred Qualifications Experience with SharePoint page development. BOX OFFICE INTERNSHIP The Box Office Intern will assist the Box Office Manager and Ticket Sales Intern with handling ticket orders via phone, in-person, or online. The Box Office Intern will also help manage ticket information in the ticketing system and keep records current and accurate using CRM. Responsibilities will also include assisting other departments when requested or needed. All job tasks should be performed in compliance with the philosophy, policies, goals, and budget of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. Other duties of the Box Office Intern will consist of making ticket calls, providing customer service to current and potential ticket package holders, and maintaining ticket window and will-call operations for the duration of the season. Essential Functions: Provide outstanding customer service to all fans looking to purchase tickets or ask ticket or stadium related questions. Operate ticketing software and CRM to keep records current and accurate. Assist with mailing of ticket sales materials. Data entry and running ticket/demographic reports. Promote and sell all types of inventories to clients, providing suggestions for new items and upselling. Keep accurate records of specialty ticket package purchasers and communicating timeline of events. Assisting with tabling events to promote individual and season tickets throughout the community. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the box office throughout the duration of the season. Skills/Qualifications: Strong customer service skills and ability to professionally interact with fans. Experience with proper phone etiquette. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized. Team minded and the ability to work both alone and as a group. Problem solving and conflict management. General experience or skills with Microsoft Office Platforms including but not limited to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. Willingness to learn and try new things. Other duties would include assisting the front office staff with other tasks as they arise, tarp pulls on both gamedays and non-gamedays, along with assisting with the game day staff development. Representatives will have an opportunity to shadow and learn about other departments as well.
