Summary of Position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Intern to join our team for the Summer. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in commercial real estate, property operations, tenant relations, asset management, and Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”). You will gain hands-on experience working with a seasoned property management team and exposure to real-world challenges in managing retail centers.
Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities
During your internship, you will support the team by assisting with:
Daily Property Operations: Participate in site inspections, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight.
Tenant Relations: Respond to tenant requests, track issues, and support communications.
Special Projects: Support APMs, PMs/SPMs, and VPs with priority initiatives as assigned.
ESG Tracking: Help management gather and report required data
Data Clean-up: Assist Lease Administration by auditing and completing missing data
What You'll Learn

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
