You will be a valued partner on the legal team and will be responsible for managing a wide range of contracts including review, negotiation of standard forms, execution and tracking terms and renewals, corporate governance matters, equity administration, and other ad hoc legal projects. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple tasks, departments and individuals. Requirements Requirements & Essential Functions: * Management of contract forms and templates * Prepare and negotiate NDAs and standard form contracts * Draft initial sponsorship contracts based on approved term sheets * Monitor compliance of major contracts including review of final signed agreements against final legal-approved version * Contract lifecycle administrator including tracking of contract terms and renewals * Upkeep of legal data room * Insurance coordinator; review and manage COIs * Corporate record keeping and entity management including entity formation and registrations * Assist with equity matters * Draft corporate resolutions and consents * Manage records for real estate portfolio (deeds, leases, easements) * Trademark/Copyright portfolio management * Develop procedures and systems to provide effective legal services * Research legal issues Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; create and build positive and productive relationships. * Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and welcomes fresh perspectives; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly. * Ability to manage appropriate steps to get projects completed; has strong abilities to organize people and processes; can create a plan for resourceful workflow. * Can be trusted to act in a manner that is truthful and values direct, honest communication at all levels of the organization. Required Qualifications: * BA/BS degree * Paralegal certificate preferred * 5+ years experience in a corporate, law firm, or government environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe PDF/Acrobat * Experience with DocuSign, Smartsheets and document management platforms * Organizational and critical thinking aptitude * Experience managing confidential information with professionalism and integrity * Superior analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills * A high level of discretion and sound judgment * Strong writing and editing skills Physical Demand & Work Environments: * Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms. * Ability to lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds. * Ability to stand/walk for long periods. * The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events.
