This role partners closely with HR Managers, Business Leaders, Digital Technology, and other People Operations teams, acting as a liaison across these functions to drive process improvements, enhance system functionality, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. As a US Senior Pay & Time Manager, you will be responsible for leading the compliance, productivity and efficiency of the essential service and process delivery of payroll and time & attendance functions. You will provide strategic direction and insight on continuous improvement solutions to evolve and enhance payroll and time & attendance processes and systems, and you will build leadership capability to sustain results. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
