Responsibilities

Identifies, defines and implements organizational structure changes that can support operational improvements.
Identifies process, system, and infrastructure improvements that need to be made to support the SBU strategy. Works closely with regional management to drive change from current practices to new strategy.
Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with Project Managers and customers; visiting operational environments; benchmarking best practices; analyzing information and applications.
Develop the business plan and worldwide sales targets along with a management control system to capture orders, sales and profits. Publish performance reports on same along with action plans where necessary.
Improves quality results by monitoring and analyzing results; implementing changes; identifies customer service trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. Improves the Marketing Organization by developing annual continuous improvement plan in support of organizational strategy. Establish and implements short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Perform special corporate projects as required.
Works closely with the Chief Technology Officer to develop the product management strategic approach globally.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Management (or equivalent.) MBA preferred with 10-15 years P&L, manufacturing and sales and marketing leadership within the Commercial Vehicle Tier 1 ecosystems. Demonstrated success in developing a global business for a minimum $100M+ company in domestic and global markets. Prior experience with P&L responsibility with a focus on revenue, expenses, and margins. Must be "hands on" and an effective communicator with all levels in the organization including Board of Director/Investor levels.

We are currently seeking an accomplished ManagingDirector to lead our Automotive customer portfolio in North America. This executive leader will drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and guide high-performing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes across our most strategic accounts.
The ideal candidate is a proven industry leader with deep client relationships, strong commercial acumen, and extensive experience managing complex, multi-location consulting engagements.
Responsibilities:
Portfolio Leadership & Growth
* Lead and expand the Automotive and Hi‑Tech portfolio by setting a compelling vision and executing a practical, results-oriented growth strategy.
* Provide executive leadership for Client Executives responsible for client relationships, growth, operations, and overall account administration.
* Identify and develop new opportunities within existing and prospective clients by leveraging industry insights, market shifts, and regulatory trends.
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and C‑suite leaders across the Automotive and Hi‑Tech sectors.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, driving long-term value and partnership expansion.
* Coach account teams on client strategy, relationship development, and positioning for long-term success.
Operational & Financial Leadership
* Provide oversight in achieving financial and operational objectives while ensuring execution excellence.
* Guide account teams on P&L performance, operational efficiency, and strategic account growth.
* Lead engagement planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and deliverable definition.
Strategic Pursuits & Proposal Leadership
* Lead teams in the development of large proposals, solution frameworks, intellectual property, and program plans.
* Ensure value propositions are clear, compelling, and financially sound.
* Oversee proposal presentations and guide teams to articulate differentiators that drive client engagement.
Team Leadership & Development
* Build, coach, and inspire high-performing account and delivery teams.
* Foster collaboration, high morale, and a culture of excellence.
* Position programs and teams for long-term success by ensuring alignment across strategy, execution, and client expectations.
Qualifications:
* 15 years' overall experience in Information Technology Services, Consulting, and/or Technology Solutions or Hyper Scaler space.
* 10 years in a client leadership role developing complex strategic and operational plans focused on hitting performance metrics and executing go-to-market strategy delivering market gains and related financial growth.
* 7 years of direct account leadership experience managing large, multi-location IT Services and Consulting teams within the Automotive segment.
* 8 years of experience in budgeting, P&L ownership, and operational efficiency with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding performance goals in fast-paced environments.
* Possess consultative client relationship approach to be able to operate at the intersection of business and technology and direct value-add offering discussions key to establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at all client/organization levels.
* Strong planning and prioritization skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
