Job Description
Responsible for closing out the daily work transactions of the front office personnel to ensure that all cash and credit card payments balances with the guest ledger postings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees the operations of the Front Desk in the absence of the Hotel Manager.
Checks and compiles all Front Desk Clerks shift transaction reports.
Reconciles and balances all daily cash transactions of the Front Desk. Sees to it that all transactions are posted in the guest ledgers.
Reconciles and balances all credit card transactions and reconciles against the guest ledgers.
Prints out all accounting reports needed in auditing procedures.
Pre-registers incoming guests and cancels pre-registered guests that did not register on required date.
Posts room and tax to all in-house guest room accounts.
Compiles data and prepares reports to distribute to Hotel Management, the Executive Team, and the Corporate Team.
Sees to it that the Front Desk office is kept neat and clean at all times.
Performs Front Desk Clerk duties as needed, providing guests with a warm, friendly, and welcoming experience.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Hotel Manager or VP of Hotel Operations.

The Slots Guest Service Representative provides friendly, courteous and efficient service to customers in assigned area(s); through teamwork with floor cashiers, ensure prompt response to all customers' needs. Works between Maverick and Gold Country.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Safeguards company assets at all times.
Circulates about the slot machine area assigned.

Requirements
Be 21 years of age.
High School graduate or GED
Ability to obtain and maintain State of Nevada Gaming Card.

Outgoing personality, positive attitude strong communication skills, and pleasant/clean appearance.
