This role does not involve any counseling work. Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service to CSU students and employees, as well as members of the public in-person and on the phone; copying, scanning, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned. Required Qualifications * You must have been awarded Federal Work Study from the Financial Aid office to qualify.
