This role monitors staff compliance with state and federal regulations and WelbeHealth policies and procedures, as well as coordinates WelbeHealth audits **Essential Job Duties:** + Collaborate with the QOD on the development of Quality Improvement (QI) Program initiatives and priorities + Serve as a primary resource for QO Coordinators to ensure accurate application of quality policies and procedures + Coordinate messaging for the QO team, including maintenance of email inboxes and other communication platforms + Collect, analyze, and generate reports for regulatory QO department data including that specified in the QI plan, HPMS, and required by state and federal regulations + Assist with auditing and ensuring timely completion of all regulatory requirements + Gather universe data elements for PACE and mock audits, and support data requests during audits + Complete investigations and notifications, along with the grievances, appeals, and HPMS processes as needed **Job Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree in relevant field preferred; professional experience of five (5) years may be substituted + Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in QI in a healthcare setting + Experience and knowledge of healthcare compliance, including PACE-specific program compliance; PACE experience is highly desired + Experience with managing data and conducting analyses using productivity suite software, including complex spreadsheets + Extensive Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and Health Information Management experience + Highly motivated, self-directed, able to execute tasks in a quickly changing environment, and able to make sound decisions in emergency situations **Benefits of Working at WelbeHealth:** Apply your expertise in new ways as we rapidly expand.
