The Plant Manager leads all operations at an aseptic food and beverage manufacturing facility producing coffees, teas, juices, plant-based, acidified dairy, and nutritional products. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain (Chemical Engineering preferred)
12-15 years of food and beverage manufacturing experience with deep aseptic processing expertise
5-7 years of senior plant or operations leadership experience
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and high-speed manufacturing
Hands-on experience with coffees/teas, juice, plant-based, acidified dairy, or nutritional products

**_About the Role:_**
As a Production Supervisor, you will be a key player in shaping a supportive and engaging work environment for the Lancaster, PA, plant, a manufacturer of quality pretzel products. Your role will directly impact the success of the site by ensuring smooth production operations, by overseeing and managing the daily operations of the production floor.
You will lead a team of operators, technicians, and workers, focusing on maximizing productivity, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high safety and quality standards, making a meaningful difference in the day-to-day experience of employees.
**_You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:_**
+ Provide leadership, guidance, and support to production workers, including assigning day to day tasks and ensuring production targets and schedules are met.
+ Coordinate production workflows, monitor production lines, and ensure equipment and materials are available.
+ Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies during all production processes.
+ Conduct training and development programs for new hires and existing staff to maintain skill levels.
+ Lead and collaborate with other departments to participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

+ This is a full-time, on-site role on Third Shift. Occasional flexibility is required to support alternate shifts and weekends.
