What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills: A high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries. Operations experience in a leadership capacity. Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership. Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. We are currently seeking a Manager, Market Insights & Content Marketing to help us elevate our digital presence and deliver a measurable impact. The Manager, Market Insights & Content Marketing is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving data-informed marketing strategies, compelling content development, and integrated campaign execution that support business growth. This position serves as both a storyteller and an analyst-translating market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable marketing plans and engaging communications. Acting as a key brand ambassador, this role ensures consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across all channels while developing thought leadership content, PR initiatives, and sales-enablement tools. The manager will partner closely with sales, operations, and executive leadership to align marketing programs with business goals, enhance customer experiences, and strengthen market positioning. In addition, the role oversees operational activities tied to marketing execution-including budget tracking, vendor coordination, support related events, and project management-ensuring timely delivery and measurable results. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship-builder, skilled in facilitating collaboration across departments, teams, and external parties. Essential Functions Marketing Planning Develop and adapt marketing strategies based on target audiences, market research, and business goals to support brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and engagement. Build and manage a content and campaign calendar aligned with sales priorities, new programs /operational efforts, OEM programs, regional business needs, and multi-year growth goals. Partner with sales, operations, recruiting, and other key stakeholders to intake requests, align initiatives, and ensure marketing programs support divisional objectives. Collaborate with OEM marketing teams and business leaders on brand development for new business opportunities and to enhance overall campaign planning. Track budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs, optimizing resources and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives. Content Development & Communications Write, edit, and produce B2B content including white papers, case studies, press releases, email campaigns, and sales enablement tools. Provide over-arching guidance for digital marketing specific content and form: website, blogs, dedicated landing pages, and social media content. Develop long-form and thought leadership content based on business insights, customer data, and subject matter experts to strengthen the company's industry presence. Manage PR activities, including drafting and distributing press releases, pitching stories, collaborating with media outlets, and coordinating with industry associations and tradeshows. Ensure clarity, professionalism, consistency of brand voice, tone, and messaging across all channels and audiences, from technical to executive. Oversee creative development of marketing collateral, ensuring proper application of brand identity across digital platforms, merchandise, and print. Customer, Market & Competitive Insights Own customer, market, and competitor research to identify opportunities, risks, and evolving customer needs. Partner with other departments and integrate with sales to analyze performance gaps, customer segmentation, and market dynamics. Monitor competitor positioning, value propositions, and offerings to help sales compete effectively and provide input to refine marketing strategies accordingly. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that inform business development, sales strategies, and marketing program adjustments. Campaign Development & Management Support the design, launch, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation, new account acquisition, and market share growth. Identify key customer segments and personas, tailoring communications to ensure relevance, engagement, and impact. Partner with the digital marketing team to develop strategy, content, and design across digital channels including email, social, and web. Track and measure campaign performance, sharing insights with leadership to optimize results and ROI. Merchandise Plan, develop, and manage relationships with vendors to source branded merchandise, swag, and promotional items that align with brand standards and business needs while maintaining quality and cost efficiency. Operational & Vendor Management Support administrative activities related to marketing execution, including proposals, systems, purchase orders, and contracts. Manage external vendors and agency partners, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of marketing services and merchandise. Other duties as assigned.
