Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and establish relationships with new referral sources, including pulmonologists, hospitalists, critical care physicians, case managers, and social workers.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral partners to ensure ongoing collaboration.
Educate healthcare providers about the clinical benefits and value of VieMed's disease management programs and respiratory solutions via presentations and in-services.
Develop and execute strategic account plans and call strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with clinical teams, sales colleagues, and administrative staff to coordinate services, ensure proper documentation, and facilitate timely billing compliant with third-party payor guidelines.
Serve as a patient advocate, assisting in smooth hospital-to-home transitions, reducing hospital readmissions, and enhancing patient quality of life.
Present comprehensive product and program information to foster informed decision-making among healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate records of activities, sales data, and reports for territory management and performance tracking.
Participate in rotating on-call schedules to ensure availability for patient contact and response to clinical needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven sales success within healthcare, ideally with experience working directly with physicians, nurses, discharge planners, or hospital staff.
Established relationships with Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Hospitalist physicians within the local community (required).
Ability to secure three letters of recommendation from Pulmonologists.
Valid, active driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
Demonstrated resourcefulness and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, capable of engaging diverse healthcare professionals.
Ability to independently plan and execute strategic initiatives to meet sales goals.

The Role

Franklin team as a Loan Sales Representative.
Salary: $14.00 to $15.75 per hour
This position leverages interpersonal skills, and business knowledge to meet the needs of our customers. This position works closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships and identify the needs of customers. The Loan Sales Representative is knowledgeable of features of products and services to drive that exceptional customer experience. The LSR interviews customers utilizing professionalism, patience, curiosity, and a results-oriented manner.
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities
Recommends product and services to support individual, branch sales goals, and customer expectations
Markets branch products and services to customers and potential customers
Conducts assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payment
Seeks opportunities to originate new loans with new and existing customers
Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools
Ensures customer information is correct and documents interactions
Consistently meets or exceeds branch and individual goals
Conducts dialogues with customers to identify and respond to needs in a timely and efficient manner
Builds internal and external relationships
Ensures customer confidentiality and privileged information is maintained
Adheres to all 1FFC policies and procedures dialogues
Complies with all State and Federal regulations
Participates in personal development
Exhibits knowledge of all 1FFC products
Seeks additional opportunities and responsibilities
Education, Qualifications and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Serving our customers by working onsite at the branch office is an essential function of this job (working from home is not permitted under any circumstances)
Ability to meet current Licensing requirements of various States and Federal regulators
Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settings
Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
Action and result focused
Strong communication skills (verbal / written)
Proficient with MS Office Suite products
Desirable:
Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile

Who we sell to:
Anyone from a newborn to 89 years young may qualify for coverage. We have exclusive, highly qualified, direct mail leads available to all agents who wish to participate in our lead program. NO COLD calling necessary. Only those individuals who have requested our help will be contacted. Our company has a streamlined lead generation system, meaning these individuals are qualified buyers with a need for our product. No limits on lead distribution. We can also train you to sell this product without using the lead program. We will set you up with 3 qualified lead vendors that I have used personally. The group I work with, The Theodore Group, has given over $1 million to help fund agents leads. There is an opportunity for you to receive lead money by earning real money bonuses into your lead account after certain benchmarks are achieved.
How we get paid:
Insurance carriers pay an average $550 per policy sold and 3/4 comes immediately after the policy is issued and the rest comes at a later date that policy year. Compensation comes directly from the insurance carriers as a direct deposit to your bank account. Usually, deposits occur within a day after the approval and issuance of the policy. This is a commission only 1099 position.

Summary An opening currently exists for an Inside Sales Representative at the Service Center in Savannah, Georgia. This position assists customers with purchase selection, assists contractors and retail customers in determining needed materials for buildings, prepares job cost estimates, and enters work orders into the computer. This position reports to the Service Center Manager. Hours 7:30 am - 4:30 pm M-F Inside Sale Representative Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic construction knowledge and experience.
Knowledge and experience working with computers.
One year of general office experience preferred.
Service Center Manager Responsibilities:
Receives and accurately processes orders for contractors, retail customers, and distributors.
Makes sales to retail customers, contractors, distributors, and industries; collects monies and maintains bank.
Does take-offs on buildings for all customers that need help with procedures and material lists.
Receives and investigates customer complaints, problems or questions and otherwise assists customers by offering insight into what materials are used for a particular project or application.
Processes credit/debit memos.
