Duties include, but are not limited to:
* The incumbent will be required to input data into the computer for reporting needs and possible transmission to national or accreditation bodies such as the centralized evaluation facility at the Northeast Program Evaluation Center (NEPEC), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, Trainee Accreditation agencies.
* Incumbent is responsible for gathering information from clinicians and other staff as needed, maintaining spreadsheets and providing written reports.
* Incumbent is responsible for coordination of data collection procedures daily.
* The incumbent will collect, organize and review all data collected by other program staff members to ensure their completeness and accuracy.
* Incumbent is responsible for coding of data and for entering data into a computer database.
* The Program Support Assistant provides a wide range of assistance to the program's clinical staff. This support includes receiving telephone calls, greeting visitors/staff members in multiple areas of Mental Health, coordinating and scheduling meetings, mailing relevant materials, making copies of materials, monitoring supplies and working with program supervisor to ensure all necessary program supplies are readily available for clinicians and making administrative calls to support the clinical staff.
