    Greet customers and see that all product questions are answered promptly. Follow the vision sales process and create an excellent purchasing experience for all our customers. Maintain accurate record of all potential customers who visit the dealership. Assist customer in identifying all necessary paperwork requirements and assist in procuring proper documentation before scheduling delivery. Delivery of vehicles to customers, which includes explaining vehicle features, obtaining proper signatures on all required documentation, and providing customers with a facility tour. Inspection of vehicles prior to delivery to ensure the vehicle is clean and ready for delivery. Contacting customers by telephone and in writing after the sale to ensure product satisfaction, and to maintain a business relationship with customer. Complete all manufacturer and/or in-house training on product information and sales techniques scheduled by the General Sales Manager.
