Responsible for managing all practices and procedures designed to increase sales, enhance profitability, and develop delighted customers. The expectation is to generate repeat, referral, and new customers through strategic canvassing and outside-the-box methodologies. Candidates should possess strong time-management and organizational skills, especially in adapting to changing schedules, and be able to work effectively through the Salesforce CRM. A minimum commitment of 40 hours per week is required, with 20 hours during prime selling time (4-8 pm). Practical communication skills are essential; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The role demands the physical ability to work on your feet for extended periods, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
