REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university
4+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience
Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually
Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills
Demonstrated skills at building and maintaining professional relationships with key customers, office staff and others in the customer influence network

Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries

TRAVEL:

The range displayed is a national range, and if selected for this role, may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's geographical location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. UKG is seeking a highly motivated Enterprise AccountExecutive, who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in our S&D West business segment. While each AE owns a few upsell accounts, this is a true Hunter role.

**About You:**
- 5-7+ years proven success selling cloud/SaaS solutions to C level. HRMS/Payroll experience a strong plus.
- Consistently exceed a $2 Million+ quota
- 3+ years selling complex deals over $800K in ARR
- Demonstrated experience building a territory and pipeline from scratch
- Consistently execute a thoughtful, strategic sales process including internal business partners and executive engagement.

**Pay Transparency:**
The base salary range for this position is $140,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of an industry leading total compensation package.
