About the Role
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced and highly skilled litigation attorney to join our Employment Legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of employment-related litigation and arbitration matters. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills who can effectively manage outside counsel and provide legal advice to senior management and internal business teams. The role will report to the VP, Legal - Employment.

What You'll Do
Litigation and Arbitration Management: Oversee and manage all phases of employment-related litigation and arbitration matters, including pre-litigation disputes, discovery, motions, trial and arbitration preparation, hearings, settlement negotiations, and appellate work.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the internal legal team, as well as business leaders, to develop arbitration and litigation strategies that align with company goals and mitigate risk, while ensuring that decisions reflect the business's overall legal risk profile and strategic objectives.
Outside Counsel Coordination: Engage, manage, and direct outside counsel in employment litigation and arbitration matters, ensuring cost-effective, efficient, and favorable outcomes. Review and approve outside counsel billing to ensure compliance with the company's legal budget.
Internal Investigations: Conduct and oversee internal investigations related to employment matters, including workplace discrimination, harassment, wage disputes, and other sensitive issues, advising on whether disputes should be resolved through arbitration or litigation.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, particularly as they pertain to arbitration agreements and employment law compliance. Monitor regulatory developments that may impact the company's approach to employment arbitration and dispute resolution.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including HR, finance, and operations, to provide strategic legal counsel on employment-related initiatives, arbitration matters, and dispute resolution strategies.
What You'll Need
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing in the state where the company is located or ability to obtain in-house counsel licensure.
7+ years of experience in employment litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, including single plaintiff claims, wage and hour disputes, and class actions.
Expertise in employment law, arbitration, and regulatory compliance.
Strong understanding of arbitration procedures, including arbitration clauses, selection of arbitrators, and strategies for successful dispute resolution.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present legal issues clearly and concisely to non-legal stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Resourceful self-starter who enjoys wearing multiple hats and digging into challenging projects, big and small.
Ability to seek pragmatic solutions to mitigate risks, taking into account commercial considerations.
Ability to develop litigation and arbitration standardized processes and procedures from initial complaint to resolution.

Primary Purpose

What you'll do:
Be subject matter expert of our Professional Services Business Process & Systems implementation end-to-end
Lead stakeholder conversations to identify, define and translate business requirements into technical solutions, fostering collaboration and building trust as a delivery partner.
Create detailed functional designs for business process flows, automations, integrations, and user interfaces - to ensure robust systems at scale.
Own end to end system analysis and design, including that of large and complex system projects.
Administer Procore's Salesforce setup and configuration, including complex automations, object configurations, and integrations.
Maintain a holistic view of Salesforce processes to understand the impact on configuration, workflow, and permission changes, driving actionable insights from configuration and performance assessments.
Research, integrate, and manage third-party applications and packages. Oversee system integration to ensure different components and systems work together effectively.
Keep up to date on Salesforce industry best practices and trends to drive ongoing improvements to Procore's Salesforce.com platform.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively across the organization.
6+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level processes, with an emphasis on Salesforce & Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA).
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com configuration and administration on Sales Cloud and Certinia Professional Services Cloud.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience collaborating across functional areas.
Passionate about Salesforce.com; regularly following Salesforce trends and best practices.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a high degree of motivation, and deadline-driven productivity.
Salesforce.com Administrator and Platform Developer 1 certifications. Required experience with Certinia Professional Services Cloud.
Advanced Administrator certifications, and working knowledge of SOQL, Developer Workbench, and Copado are a plus.
