What We're Looking For
The Manager of Auxiliary Programs is primarily responsible for directing after-school and summer programs for the school. The Manager of Auxiliary Programs organizes and leads information sessions and events for students and families, as well as distributes all auxiliary program information. They will also collaborate with the Head of Operations on efficient operations related to the school and various other vendors.
Primary Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Be the main point-of-contact for the planning/execution of after school and summer programs
Improve and maintain operational systems, processes, and policies
Maintain and accurately record the budget of the Auxiliary Program
Design and maintain seasonal auxiliary course catalogues including schedules, communications, and weekly updates to families via newsletters/meetings
Procure and manage external vendor relationships
Coordinate, market, and manage the after school and summer programs
Collect and process school fees; register students for campus programs
Purchase equipment for after school and summer programs
Handle all communication with outside vendors
Analyze student participation in activities and their financial impact
Main point-of-contact for the planning/execution of BASIS Virtual Summer Camp
Serve as point-of-contact and subject matter expert for parents, students, faculty, and staff as it relates to Auxiliary Programs

About the role
Rippling is looking to hire a Senior Customer Data Analytics Manager to join our growing customer revenue strategy and operations. They will be immediately and directly responsible for overseeing the buildout of Rippling's customer data model. What you will do

Leads efforts to strengthen labor-management partnerships with Bus Division collective bargaining units, including the Workforce Investment Network (WIN) Partnership with ATU Local 1575 that provides the foundation for the Bus Operator Mentor, Pre-apprenticeship and Apprenticeship Programs
Fosters relationships with community-based organizations (CBOs), local colleges, and other community stakeholders; leverages those relationships to strengthen GGT's community presence and understanding of its services, to build local goodwill, and to access resources and/or services that support employee recruitment and retention efforts
Monitors local, state and federal policies and regulations, analyzes their impact on the operational efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of the Golden Gate Transit (GGT) system; effectively communicates any impacts to the General Manager, District colleagues and internal staff
Participates as a member of the District's executive management team
Works collaboratively and effectively with District staff to carry out the organization's vision and mission and advance projects and programs for meeting operational priorities
Acts as a liaison between the Board of Directors, its committees and the Bus Division on transit policy, programs and related matters; prepares detailed reports and recommendations for agenda items for presentation at Board and Committee meetings
Represents to the Golden Gate Bridge, Highway and Transportation District at national and regional meetings of the American Public Transportation Association, the California Transit Association, the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, and other transit-related organizations
May be appointed by the General Manager to act on his/her behalf
Ensures that appropriate safety and health policies, procedures and programs are effectively implemented; that adequate resources and priority are assigned to correcting hazardous conditions, and that applicable safety program activities are carried out

Manage the Workday security model and access controls, partnering with audit on SOX, GDPR, and data privacy requirements. Ensure robust change management and compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements, maintaining comprehensive documentation for business objectives, use cases, system specifications, integrations, and customizations.
Direct the Workday integrations portfolio with internal and external systems, overseeing architecture, monitoring, error handling, and vendor coordination. Support data integrations and automation efforts across the people organization.
Drive data quality, reconciliation, and master‑data stewardship practices within Workday. Define and monitor SLAs for issue resolution and ensure high‑quality, reliable data to enable business decisions.

Basic Qualifications
3+ years of people management experience in IT, HR Systems, or a related field, with 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Workday configuration, security, and reporting across multiple modules.
Strong background in HR, IT, or related fields, with deep knowledge of Workday business process framework, calculated fields, EIB, and integrations.
Experience managing teams responsible for Workday and other HR application portfolios, including system integrations and vendor partners.
Experience developing multi‑year technology roadmaps and strategic planning for Workday and other enterprise HR applications, with familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR systems automation and process improvement.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to speak “HR” and translate between technical and business stakeholders.
Experience working in a SaaS or publicly traded company environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands‑on expertise with Workday security, business process framework, calculated fields, EIB, and core reporting.
