About the job:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Preconstruction Manager. This role is responsible for providing leadership in the preconstruction phase of projects to assure success. This role will assure the Company estimates are accurate, complete and reflect the actual requirements of the project. SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced, highly driven Senior Community Manager to lead the successful lease-up, launch, and long-term performance of a brand-new, four-building residential community featuring mixed-use retail. This property is a GDG new development, to be located on iconic King Street in downtown Charleston, steps from Global Headquarters.
