Andrew joined the Company in 1993 and was Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to 2017. Having trained as an accountant with Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now part of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) he then worked in the financial services sector. Since joining St. James’s Place he has held a number of roles within the Finance department, assuming the role of Finance Director in 2002 and being appointed as the Chief Executive Officer in January 2018. He is a Trustee of the St. James’s Place Charitable Foundation.

Ian Mackenzie was appointed to the Executive Board 2014 and joined St. James’s Place 1999. Ian has over 25 years experience in financial services and is currently Chief Operations & Technology Officer having previously been Chief Technology Officer and prior to that Business Development Director. He is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries as well as being a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, of The Institute of Leadership and Management and of BCS, the Chartered Institute of IT. Ian is responsible for St. James’s Place’s Administration, Technology and Client Service functions including future strategy financial planning advice and support to the St. James’s Place community product manufacturing and technical support across the St. James’s Place Group including overseeing the governance of product provider subsidiaries. Ian is a Trustee of the Mayor of Bath’s Relief Fund, a Trustee and Director of The Holiday Homes Trust, a Director of The Scout Association Trust Corporation and also a Governor of the University of the West of England.

Mark Sutton is a Chief Risk Officer at St James s Place.

Anita Williams is a PA to Chief Investment Officer at St James s Place and is based in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom. She has worked as Temp at REED, Legal Secretary at Tayntons, and Legal Secretary at WSP Solicitors. Anita studied at CILEx Law School and The High School for Girls, Denmark Road, Gloucester between 1994 and 2001.

Craig Gentle is the Chief Financial Officer, and joined St. James’s Place 2016. Craig was appointed to the Board in January 2018. Craig joined the Company in 2016 as the Chief Risk Officer. Prior to this, Craig spent 22 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, 12 of which were as a Partner. During his time at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Craig held a number of roles, including as a senior audit partner. Craig qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. Craig is also a Member of the Board, Trustee and Honorary Treasurer for the Bristol Music Trust.

Fiona Cordiner is an Assistant Chief Actuary at St James s Place and is based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, United Kingdom. She has worked as Actuary at Prudential. Fiona studied at University of Glasgow between 1988 and 1992.
