Job Details
This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket.
You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls.
You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal.
Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls.
You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service.
Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

10. Assist with the maintenance of the Housing Subsidy Program caseload including completing required monthly documentation, QA inspections, annual renewals, other budget amendments, and any other required process and associated documentation.
11. Obtain and maintain all required documentation for the Housing Subsidy Program's annual renewals and complete the housing subsidy budgets within the required timeframes.
12. Attend the monthly Housing Subsidy Program's roll up meetings with the associated OPWDD Liaisons
13. Assist with maintaining all regulatory requirements and laws associated with rental properties including HUD compliance and regulations.
14. Provide direct oversite to sasi's uncertified community apartments, including; completion of apartment inspections, PRAC renewals, move-out inspections, audits, and maintenance requests.
15. Maintain open, effective, and professional lines of communication with the people supported, their circles of support, other employees, provider agency contacts, landlords, community contacts, and oversite agencies.

You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Job Summary:
The Business Applications Specialist works with Business Application Manager and Subject Matter Experts to ensure we maximize value and productivity from new and developing business tools and systems. Helps in articulating business/operational needs, developing specifications, aligning projects, reviewing vendor offers and ensuring that software development meets needs, is on time, on budget and implemented to full benefit. Reports directly to the Business Applications Manager.
Essential Job Duties:
Regularly meet with Subject Matter Experts to build and maintain strong relationships, understand their business needs and help them leverage applications to complete their jobs efficiently.
Become thoroughly knowledgeable in technical aspects of assigned applications
Develop training and handbooks of agency used applications. Provide the necessary training and support to end users on functionality within the application.
Gain expert knowledge and analyze business processes to leverage the business application, increasing efficiencies within the business unit/program.
Perform regular testing and quality assurance of business applications and modules to ensure they are kept current, updating procedural documentation as needed.
Provide end user/developer application support and assistance for assigned software
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document system issues
Participate in staff training and attend regular meetings
Any other duty as assigned by your Supervisor.
Skills:
Understanding of software design and programming principles
General knowledge of database tools and design (SQL)
Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe products

Minimum Experience Required:
High School Diploma and 4 years of applicable experience OR
Associate's degree in Computer Science, or related field, and 2 years of applicable experience

The ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, sit, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, climb flights of stairs, lift/transfer a minimum 15lbs. See, hear, listen, speak clearly, have motor coordination; grip strength, eye-hand coordination and must be able to handle repetitive motion.
