Execute RFP's to third-party suppliers to ensure they meet the security requirements of our Ecommerce experiences as well as to drive competitive pricing. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and positioning. Own the pricing guidelines and parameters to ensure that the D2C business does not disrupt/interfere with the B2B segment In conjunction with sales and marketing operations assist in the execution of business plans, promotions, marketing collateral and inserts, and packaging development to contribute and maximize the development of brand/business strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, global regions, operations, systems engineering, new product development, sales, and marketing, to drive product initiatives. Collaborate with finance in the process development and overall management of the accounting strategy and segmentation of this business. Work with suppliers and internal procurement team to ensure sustainability of packaging materials and support the D2C ecommerce marketing team to properly promote those attributes. Coordinate with Marketing and EHS to review product positioning and determine any additional testing required to support claims. Analyze demand forecasts submitted based on market trends, sales data, promotional plans and insights. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure production aligns with demand forecasts. Monitor and report on financial performance, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary. Provides direction to the product content team on descriptions and naming, ensuring 3PG content is reflective of the current market. Collaborate with operations and marketing to develop targeted marketing promotions to support FNAC initiatives such as reduction of SLOB inventory, key areas for training leading up to peak season and sales targets. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and make data-driven decisions Facilitate deliverables of standard product photography, design templates and in conjunction with marketing execute photoshoot coordination and support Perform site audits to ensure accuracy of photography and descriptions Required Skills/Education Experience: 3-5 years product management experience. Consumer packaged goods experience Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field Industry experience preferred Experience with analyzing cost and impact of cost Desired Skills Financial Reporting and Analysis PC Skills (MS Office Suite - emphasis on Excel PowerPoint, and Word) Ability to understand the “technology” of photography. (Note: it is not expected that the individual have a photo background only that they have the ability to understand the information when presented/ trained.)
