Resolve all issues related to desktop management.

1. Hardware Deployment, Installation & Infrastructure (25%)
Day-to-Day: Prepare, image, and install workstations for new and existing
staff using standardized automated tools.
Physical Setup: Mount and install monitors, security cameras (CCTV), and
wireless Access Points (APs) at various locations.
Network Support: Installs and supports LANs, WANs, network segmentations,
Internet, and Intranet systems.
Peripheral Management: Assures networking peripherals are properly
licensed/registered and coordinates backups in accordance with the Disaster
Recovery Plan.
2. New Employee Orientation & Account Management (25%)
Onboarding: Conducts trainings for new employees and provides users with
credentials.
Account Setup: Assist with user account creation (Active Directory) and set
up accounts for our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system (CareLogic).
Compliance: Maintain user profiles by adding necessary professional
certifications and licenses to ensure accurate billing compliance.
Documentation: Create training manuals and procedure documents to assist
users with common issues.
3. On-Going Operational Support & Help Desk (20%)
User Support: Manage the help desk queue, solving tickets with patience and
kindness for staff members.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve routine software, connectivity, and
hardware issues.
Communication: Responds to questions in a timely manner and provides clear,
accurate information to provide end-users with sufficient knowledge to perform
tasks efficiently.
Problem Solving: Actively look for recurring technical issues and report
them to senior staff for root-cause analysis.
4. Network Development & Security (15%)
Recommends standards, specifications, and methodologies for network
operation.
Recommends network solutions which enhance operational efficiency and meet
the needs of the agency's mission and values.
Performs information control reviews regarding system security and backup
procedures.
5. Business Operations & Department Management (15%)
Discusses support requirements and submits appropriate recommendations.
Meets financial requirements by submitting information for budgets and
monitoring expenses.
Assists in preparing long-range plans referencing the system development
life cycle.
Operational Requirements
Availability (On-Call): Mandatory on-call rotation to support 24/7
facilities. You are paid for all active on-call time.
Travel: Frequent travel to clinic/residential locations. We maintain a
fleet of company vehicles; however, if unavailable, you may be required to
utilize your personal vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Compliance: Strict adherence to HIPAA and federal patient privacy laws is
required.
Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Summary of This Role

Provides technical feedback for communication to internal and external clients. Assesses incident criteria to determine if formal root cause analysis is needed. Collaborates with Technical resources to determine the root cause of an incident and provides a written incident report within the Client SLA/OLA delivery time. Provides problem management action plans within appropriate timescales; escalates as needed. Assist other Senior Analysts with trend analysis and action recommendations and action tracking.
Ensures all change activities follow appropriate processes for planning and authorization. Ensures supplier change processes are aligned to client contractual requirements. Facilitates the service transition process by maintaining the product catalogue in line with current business requirements.

Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Work as part of the fleet team to evaluate Reactor Services activities and recommend equipment, new concepts and techniques to improve performance, reduce costs, correct design, or improve worker safety.
Provide planning support as allowed by site contract for work orders for site refueling services.
Gain access to P6, become proficient and work with the outage scheduler to develop the Refueling Services outage schedules.
Perform safety and human performance observations of refueling services personnel during outage and non-outage work periods.
Must be willing to travel to other Vistra Nuclear Plants in support of outages, dry cask storage, and outage prep activities. Additional travel may be required for training at various OEM facilities as well as benchmarking opportunities at workshops and other utilities.
All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy as approved by the Fleet Director of Refueling Services.
Support outages as needed to assist in delivering outage goals. Attend outage readiness meetings as required.
Recognizing outages periods are the highest risk period for nuclear safety; Assist the Site Manager to drive readiness to minimize risk.

REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, civil/structural, electrical, industrial, mechanical or nuclear) or technical discipline (e.g. chemistry, computer science, mathematics, or physics) with 3 years of industry OR
Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator or Reactor Operator license with 3 years of industry experience OR
Associates/non-technical 2-year degree/completion or a relevant, skilled trades apprenticeship program (e.g., boilermaker, pipefitter, operating engineer) with 5 years of Reactor Services industry experience OR
5 years of Military experience either in the Navy Nuclear program or a similar technical program OR
High school diploma/GED with 7 years of Reactor Services industry experience

Advanced engineering / technical degree or related coursework or Training

Scope of Services
The Independent Contractor-Family Support Services will provide family support services designed to improve family functioning and child well-being. Services may include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating with community providers to facilitate comprehensive care and referrals for families
Participating in collaborative case planning and case review meetings, when requested
Delivering case management activities such as:
Supervised visitation
Parent aide support
Behavioral Aide
Transportation
Crisis intervention
Advocacy and linkage to services (including drug screening facilitation if applicable)
Completing in-home visits to monitor progress and provide ongoing support for families involved with DFCS.

You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.

You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
